1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Jeffery Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

2. Products & Description

We sell VSeeBox Smart TV Box hardware. Every product listing on our site is an accurate, good-faith representation of the actual hardware shipped: model, ports, supported codecs, included accessories. The boxes ship with the operating system as described — we do not preload any third-party streaming subscriptions; you are responsible for setting up your own streaming apps after delivery.

3. Pricing & Tiered Discounts

  • Retail: $150/unit for orders of 1–9 units
  • Bulk: $120/unit for orders of 10+ units
  • Free bonus: 10+ paid units → +5 free V6 Plus units; 20+ paid units → +10 free V6 Plus units

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Amazon depending on destination. Tracking numbers are emailed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated transit time:

  • Express: 1–2 business days
  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Economy: 5–8 business days

High-value orders (≥ $750) require signature on delivery for your protection and ours — this is required by PayPal's Seller Protection Program and prevents "package missing" disputes.

5. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • PayPal Smart Checkout — PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, guest debit/credit cards (no PayPal account required)
  • Cryptocurrency via NOWPayments — BTC, ETH, USDT, and 200+ coins (auto-verified on-chain)

6. Order Confirmation & Communication

You will receive automated emails for: order confirmation, payment received, order shipped (with tracking), in-transit updates, out-for-delivery, delivered, a 24-hour post-delivery wellness check, and a 7-day review request. We also offer live chat support via our website widget.

7. Dispute Resolution — Please Contact Us First

If anything is wrong with your order — damaged unit, wrong model, defective hardware, late delivery — please reply to any of our emails OR use the chat widget on our site BEFORE filing a PayPal/bank dispute. We resolve 99% of issues within 24 hours: full refund, replacement unit, or store credit, whichever you prefer.

This isn't us trying to dodge disputes — disputes hurt us, but they hurt you too (your money is frozen for weeks while PayPal investigates). Reaching out directly gets you fixed in hours, not weeks.

8. Limited Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not responsible for: any third-party streaming services you choose to use on the device, internet connection issues, TV compatibility issues outside the device's documented HDMI specs, or content you stream through the device.

9. Privacy

We collect: your name, email, phone, shipping address, IP address, and browser fingerprint at checkout. This data is used to ship your order, send order updates, prevent fraud, and respond to disputes. We do not sell or share your data with marketing companies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the version active at the time of your purchase. Your accepted version and timestamp are stored with your order record.
