Eligible for Full Refund

  • Hardware doesn't work out of the box
  • Wrong model shipped
  • Unit arrived damaged
  • Package never arrived (we'll refund first, then file a carrier claim)
  • Changed your mind within 30 days of delivery — return shipping at customer expense, refund issued upon receipt

How to Request a Refund

  1. Reply to any email from orders@jefferyvseeboxstore.com with the word "REFUND" and your order number.
  2. OR use the chat widget on our website (typically replies within 2 hours).
  3. We'll respond within 24 hours with refund instructions.
  4. Once approved, refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please Don't File a PayPal/Bank Dispute First

We always refund legitimate requests faster than PayPal can. Filing a dispute freezes your money for 2–6 weeks while PayPal investigates — even when the seller (us!) wanted to refund you immediately. Email us first and you'll have your money back in 3–5 business days.

Not Refundable

  • Damage caused by misuse, water, drops, or unauthorized hardware modifications
  • Requests filed more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Third-party streaming subscriptions you purchased to use ON the device (those are billed by their respective providers)

Crypto Payment Refunds

Crypto refunds are issued in the same currency you paid (BTC → BTC, USDT → USDT, etc.) at the original USD value of your purchase, to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are deducted.
